This entire Fall season I have been keeping my eye out for one of these Gingerbread kits that we had made last year. Yesterday I braved the crowds and went to Joann's (hear my whining and groaning) to get something some stuff that I can only get there for sewing and as I was waiting in the check out line I discovered a kit!! I am a lover of all kits whether it's scrapbooking, quilting, or even these gingerbread kits. It's such a huge time saver to have the gingerbread all baked and cut, icing, candy, and instructions.
Boston was sooo excited and Daxton couldn't wait to eat all the icing. It was a tad stressful because our house fell apart three times but at least we got a few pictures. And now my Haunted Gingerbread Mission is complete! Next up... the annual pumpking walk. Can you believe Halloween is next week???
P.S. Apparently Daxton found some scissors today because as I was combing his Faux Hawk this morning I noticed that half of it was missing and was cut down to the scalp. If you look at that picture above of just him you can see it. I guess he'll be getting a buzz tonight. I tell ya, this kid is our quiet mischievous one and all I can do it laugh about it.
